Today, Intempus is a team of talented people who to create the best time tracking solution for our customers. Before we got to this place, we've been on an exciting journey.

March 2007

INSYSTEM is founded

INSYSTEM is founded by Christophe Zafiryadis. For a number of years, the system has been responsible for time reporting at UCC University College.

August 2012

Intempus ApS is founded

INSYSTEM becomes the limited liability company Intempus ApS, founded by three young entrepreneurs. Intempus’ physical framework includes both a head office in Copenhagen and premises in Aarhus.

May 2013

The Wisdom Journey

Intempus is extending its journey of wisdom and continuing to sharpen its focus on its customers' needs. This has resulted in a number of new collaboration and integration partnerships with some of the best players in the market.

October 2014

1000 creations

Intempus reaches 1000 company creations. Since Intempus got its first customer in 2013, the company has gone from strength to strength. Intempus is now used by people in construction, industry and manufacturing, the service industry and by consultants, accountants and auditors.

June 2015

Norway & Sweden

Intempus, together with its integration partner e-conomic, is expanding its business to Sweden and Norway. 12,000 users have now registered in Intempus and have made a total of 2.6 million reports.

April 2016

Growth and break even

For the third year in a row, Intempus doubles its revenue. At the same time, it reaches what is a milestone in any business - break even. In spring 2016, revenue exceeds expenses for the first time.

December 2017

Partnerships are flourishing

Right from the start, Intempus’ philosophy has been to create the best possible product by also utilising data jointly with other systems. This strategy is being realised in 2017 with the launch of several new integration partners and agreements with several sales partners.

March 2018

Intempus in Iceland

In early 2018, Intempus travelled to Iceland to start a partnership with the Icelandic company Svar. Since then, the collaboration has flourished and Intempus is now well established in the Icelandic market. With a solid Uniconta integration, hundreds of users and a strong partnership, Intempus continues the Icelandic journey ahead.

December 2019

Intempus & Visma Time

The great collaboration between Intempus and Visma results in Intempus’ first white label edition - Visma Time.

August 2020

Launch of Intempus Terminal

Intempus launches a new product - Intempus Terminal - which is an entry/exit registration solution aimed specifically at manufacturing and industrial companies.

March 2021

Intempus & Dataløn Tid

After many years of collaboration between Intempus and DataLøn, Intempus launches its second white label edition - DataLøn Tid.

May 2022

Intempus becomes part of Visma

As a natural extension of many years of close co-operation, Intempus becomes part of the Visma Group.

August 2022

10 years and 100 million reports

Intempus turns 10 years old and at the same time we reach an important milestone: 100 million reports in our system.

September 2023

Intempus launches AI package

Intempus is the first in Denmark to launch an AI package with a range of intelligent features that make administration more secure and efficient with the help of AI technology.

September 2024

Time tracking is made mandatory by law

Time registration will become mandatory in Denmark on 1 July 2024, as a result of an EU legal requirement. This means that all employers must register employees' working hours in an objective and reliable system.
