How to get your employees back on track

The Intempus App makes it easy for employees to record their working day. In the Balance module, you can set up balances for different types of absence, mileage, flexitime, time off in lieu/hour bank, training or whatever you need to see a balance for.

Easy holiday management

With the new holiday law, employees earn their holiday days on an ongoing basis, which can quickly make it difficult to keep track of how many days are earned, used and available.

With our holiday balance, earned and used holiday days are automatically updated in the system, so you can always see the correct balance. The holiday balance can be viewed in real time or on a given date, for example, if the employee needs to see how many holiday days are available for the summer holiday.

Set maximum and minimum limits for time off in lieu and flexitime

By setting up balance rules, you can ensure that employees automatically stay within the agreed limits in their hour bank. If the balance limits are exceeded, the extra hours can either be automatically transferred to another account, such as ‘hours to payout’ or ‘hours to self-pay’, every time the balance limit is reached or after a given period, which could be the pay period or quarter.

Spend your holiday in the right order

With the new holiday law, the old and new holiday years overlap, but it's important to ensure that the holiday days from the old holiday year are used first, as they cannot be transferred to the new holiday year after 31 December. We can set this up in your system to make sure that your employees don't end up with ‘old’ holiday days.
