Find out how you can easily maintain an overview – always.

Complete overview of the balances on the app
This is how your employees get the overview back
Intempus App makes it easy for employees to report time during the working day. In the Balances module, balances can be set up for different types of absences, kilometers driven, flex time, time off/time bank, education or whatever you need to see a balance for.
Easy management of vacation days
With the new Holiday Act, employees continuously accrue their vacation days. But with this new law, it can be difficult to keep track of how many days have been earned, used and available.
With our Vacation balance, the accrued and used vacation days are automatically updated in the system, so you can always see the correct balance. The vacation balance can be shown in real time or on a given date, if the employee, for example, needs to see how many vacation days are available at a specific date in the future.
Balance overview for the entire company
As an administrator, it can be challenging to keep track of all employees’ vacation days, time off in lieu balances or time banks, sick leave, course days, kilometers driven etc.
With the Balance module in Intempus, you can as an administrator always keep track of the employees’ various balances. This is e.g. how you can ensure that the employees spend their vacation days and lieu days in time.

Intelligent management of balance rules
Set up maximum and minimum limits for time off and flex time
By setting up balance rules, you can ensure that the employees automatically stay within the agreed limits in their time bank. If the balance limits are exceeded, the extra hours can either be automatically transferred to another account, such as ‘paid hours’ or ‘hours for self-payment’, every time the balance limit is reached or after a given period, e.g. the pay period or the quarter.
Spend your vacation days off in the right order
With the new Holiday Act, the old and new holiday years overlap, but it is important to make sure that the vacation days from the old holiday year are spent first, as they cannot be transferred to the new holiday year after 31 December. We can set this up in your system, so you and your employees dont have to worry about missing any vacation days.
