In the autumn of 2022, CFOPEOPLE transferred to Intempus with integration to the financial system e-conomic. Today, the company uses the systems to keep track of the billable consultant hours and ensure accurate invoicing for all their customers.
CFOPEOPLE is an interim and recruitment agency that provides both acute and long-term assistance to companies’ finance departments all over Denmark. Before autumn 2022, they had no systems to keep track of their hours and projects, but with a network of over 4000 consultants and many both temporary and permanent clients, it was necessary to get an intuitive and easy solution that could give them a better overview and basis for invoicing.
Karina B. Stelmach, who is Controller in CFOPEOPLE and is responsible for the company’s finances, explains:
“We were looking for a time registration system in the autumn of 2022 and found our way to Intempus. We chose Intempus because the system has an integration for e-conomic and is intuitive and easy to use”.
Greater basis for invoicing
The integration between Intempus and e-conomic makes time registration and invoicing easy for the consultants and the administration department in CFOPEOPLE. When the consultants have worked on a customer, they can easily register their hours in Intempus, after which the data is automatically ready for approval and invoicing in e-conomic. Thus, the consultants’ registrations form the basis for invoicing, Karina says.
When the two systems continuously exchange information, CFOPEOPLE avoid duplication of work by having to enter all information into their accounting program. Instead, it’s done automatically, which also means that they minimize manual errors.
Easy start-up period and good support
Karina and the remaining employees have experienced the start-up at Intempus as easy and intuitive:
“The start-up at Intempus was easy, and the guidance from their skilled implementation consultant made it easy for us to understand the system”, Karina elaborates.
The consultants in CFOPEOPLE use the system without any problems, but if any questions should arise, Karina has experienced that there is always an opportunity to get in touch with support:
“After the start-up, it has been easy to get in touch with Intempus if I had questions or needed further help”.
For example, in connection with AI being launched in Intempus, Karina received great guidance from the support regarding whether the new features could help their business. And when there are updates and new features in the system in the future, she knows that the support is always ready to guide her and help adapt their solution for the future.
