How can you register in Intempus?
Intempus App
With the Intempus app, employees can easily record their working day directly on their mobile, wherever they are is located.
Autoregistration
With autoregistration, employees' working hours are automatically registered in the system. This way, they will spend no time on time tracking.
Check in/Check out
Via Intempus Terminal, employees can check in and out and register breaks, absences and deviations from their scheduled shifts.
PC registration in Intempus Web

Holiday
Keep track of your holiday accounts with ease. It's easy to report holidays and see both earned and taken holidays. The system can also keep track of the different holiday years.
Driving
All driving can be easily registered with the Intempus app. With a digital logbook, you ensure that you comply with SKAT's requirements for driving documentation.

Create an inventory so employees can easily record their consumption of goods related to a project - directly in the app.
Image/documents
Employees can attach images or documents to their time registrations directly to projects in their Intempus app.
Equipment
Register the use of equipment and machinery directly on projects in the app. You'll always know how many resources have been used on a specific project.
Piecework
The piecework module makes calculating piecework easy and transparent. You decide whether the calculation is based on work done or time spent.
Diets
Based on the current rates for travel reimbursement (per diems), Intempus automatically converts the reported travel days into a reimbursement.
Which rules can be handled?
Overtime/time off
We can adapt the system to your collective agreement rules for overtime and time off in lieu and automatically calculate overtime pay for your employees.
The 11-hour rule
Intempus makes it easy for you to comply with the 11-hour rule, as you will always be notified if the rule is exceeded and asked to note a reason.
The 48-hour rule
Always keep track of whether the 48-hour rule is respected for all employees. The system will notify you as soon as the rule is exceeded.
60-day rule
We can set up the 60-day rule for you, so you can always be sure that everyone in your organisation follows the rules for tax-free mileage allowance.
Add-ons
When employees register their time, Intempus can automatically attach the relevant allowances based on the rules and rates set up for them.

Balances
With Saldi, both employee and administrator can always see the full overview of time bank, absence, holidays and much more on both app and web.
Calendar
Get a complete calendar overview of all reported work and absence. Easily correct and approve the data in the administration system.
GPS tracking
With the GPS function, you as an administrator can get a full overview of your employees' movements. It also ensures more valid reports.
Planning and scheduling
In the Scheduling module in Intempus Web, you as an administrator can schedule time and projects. Employees can then see it all in their app.
Anomaly detection
Anomaly detection (AI) continuously gets to know your data so you can easily spot reports that deviate from the norm.
Report Overview
In Intempus Web, as an administrator you can see all reports and edit and approve them.
Standard time

Security in Intempus
SSO login
With SSO, employees can easily and securely log in to their Intempus app with credentials from their Microsoft corporate account.
ISEA3000 Type 2
Intempus ApS handles the processing of personal data in connection with the Intempus time registration platform, and has an ISAE 3000 TYPE 2 declaration.
