In Intempus, we know how valuable time management is, and with our planning tool it becomes easier than ever to keep track of the time tracking employees, working tasks and working hours. With the Planning module, you as an administrator can plan working hours for projects, employees or employee groups.
You can also simply have standard hours planned for all employees, and thereby easily see when there are deviations, such as sick hours, time off in lieu, overtime work or vacation days. The employees can easily register time, absence, expenses, milage, etc. directly in their app on the mobile phone. In this way, the employee can always access his own data and maintain an overview of working hours and absences.
Easy planning that makes communication much easier
Turn a planned activity into a report in no time
If an employee has planned activities, e.g. customer work on a project, a vacation or just normal working hours, then the activity will appear as a suggestion for a report in the employee’s app. If the suggestion matches the day’s activity, the employee can simply swipe up and press the tick mark, and then the report is made.
If there have been changes in relation to what was planned, the employee can simply register what is correct, and thereby the administrator will be able to see both what was planned and what was changed, in the administration system. In this way, you can ensure an easy and correct time registration.
Keep track of vacation days and time off in lieu
With the function Balance, the employee can see all his balances, e.g. vacation days, time off in lieu, milage, sick hours, maternity leave, care days and much more. The balance is updated automatically when the employee makes registrations.
The administrator also has a complete overview of all employees, and can therefore easily keep a complete overview of how many vacation days the employees have eared, spent and have in remain as well as how many sick hours they have registered.
Report milage with a few clicks
Regardless of whether you are driving a private or company car, it is easy to register the mileage in the app. Enter the start and end address or let your GPS register your route. This makes it faster and easier for you to ensure that your driving is registered correctly. With a single click, you can duplicate the journey home in the same report, so you don’t have to make two reports.
Managing time and finances
Make time registration easy by setting up Intempus to your collective agreement or local agreement with rules for overtime, standard hours, time off in lieu balance and more, so you ensure that the work meets the requirements of the collective agreement. This means that you do not have to spend time on difficult calculations, as the system handles the complex calculations automatically.
For example, the system can be set up with overtime rules so that the correct overtime is automatically reported at the right times.
