Easy planning of the working day
At Intempus, we know how valuable good time management is, and with our scheduling tool it's easier than ever to keep track of employees, tasks and working hours. With the Planning module, you as an administrator can plan working hours on projects, employees or employee groups.
You can also simply schedule standard time for all employees and easily see when there are deviations such as illness, time off in lieu, overtime or holidays. Employees can easily register time, absence, expenses, mileage, etc. directly in their mobile app. This way, employees can always access their own data and maintain an overview of working hours and absences.
Simple planning that facilitates communication
Turn a planned activity into a report in no time
If there are planned activities for an employee, e.g. customer work on a project, a holiday day or just regular working hours, the activity will appear as a suggestion for a report in the employee's app. If the suggestion matches the day's activity(ies), the employee can simply swipe to the right and press the tick, and the report is done.
If there have been changes to the planned hours, the employee can simply register the correct hours and the administrator will be able to see both the planned and the reported hours in the administration system. In this way, you can ensure easy, clear and correct time registration.
Keep track of holidays and time off in lieu
With the Balance function, the employee can see all their balances, such as accrued holidays, time off in lieu, kilometres driven, sick hours, maternity leave, care days and much more. The balance is automatically updated when the employee submits reports.
The administrator also has an overview of all employees' balances and can therefore easily keep track of how many holiday days need to be taken and how many sick hours there have been.
Report work mileage in a few clicks
Whether you're in a private or company car, it's easy to register the work drive in the app. Enter your start and end address or let your GPS read your route. This makes it quicker and easier for you to ensure that your journey is registered. With a single click, you can duplicate your return journey in the same report so you don't have to make two reports.
Keep track of time, Control your finances
Make time tracking easy and set Intempus up to your collective agreement or local agreement with rules for overtime, standard hours, time off in lieu and piecework to ensure that your work fulfils the requirements of the collective agreement. This eliminates the need for complicated calculations as the system handles the complex calculations automatically.
For example, the system can be set up with overtime rules so that the correct overtime is automatically recorded at the right times.
Visualise shift planning with Power BI
With an integration to Microsoft Power BI, you can visualise your Intempus data, including the scheduled hours per employee as well as what type of work and during what time the different employees have scheduled work.
