With the Intempus App at hand, employees can always register the hours they have worked on a project. If they have driven in connection with the project, they can also easily register mileage, as well as expenses, machines and materials.

Better invoicing basis

By letting employees register directly on projects, you as an administrator or project manager can get a better insight into the resources that have been used on the respective projects. It partly allows for better planning of future projects, and partly it provides the necessary documentation and a more precise invoicing basis for the customer.

Check in and out on a project in Intempus Terminal

Employees can easily check in and out directly on projects. This can happen in 2 ways: Either know that you, as an administrator or project manager, have planned a shift for them in advance, and then when they show up, they can log in to the terminal and choose the project to work on. Or know that you, as an administrator or project manager, have scheduled working hours on a specific project, which they automatically check in when they arrive.

When they have completed the work, they can check out of the project, and possibly check in to a new project.
