With the Intempus App at their fingertips, employees can always register the hours they have worked on a specific case. For example, if they have been driving in connection with a case, they can easily register that too, and goods, materials and expenses can also be easily added to the specific case.
Better billing basis
By allowing employees to register directly on projects, you as an administrator or project manager can get a better insight into the resources that have been spent on each project. This not only allows for better planning of future projects, but also provides the necessary documentation and a more accurate invoicing basis for the customer.
Check in and out on a project in Intempus Terminal
Employees can easily check in and out directly on projects/cases/orders. This can be done in two ways: Either you as an administrator or project manager have scheduled a shift for them in advance, and when they arrive, they can log in to the terminal and select the project/case they need to work on. Or you, as an administrator or project manager, have scheduled working hours on a specific project/case, which they automatically check in to when they arrive.
Once they have completed their work, they can easily check out and possibly check in on a new project/case.
