Avoid logging time manually – with automatic time tracking
The employee automatically receives suggestions for today's time tracking based on previous work patterns. The suggestion can easily be accepted, adjusted, or rejected – so time tracking is done with just a few clicks.

How does automatic time tracking work?
Many employees log the same hours, projects and activities over and over again. With Automatic Time Tracking, Intempus learns from previous entries and automatically suggests how the working day should be recorded. The suggestion is displayed directly on the employee's dashboard, after which the employee simply has to accept, adjust or reject it.

Get more precision with GPS
Do your employees track time on projects or cases? With automatic time tracking, GPS data is used to suggest which project or case the employee's hours should be logged on.
The employee automatically receives a suggestion for an entry related to the specific project. This makes time tracking faster and provides you with a more accurate basis for invoicing and payroll.

FAQ about automatic time tracking
Are you a new or existing customer and have questions about Intempus?
You can see some of our frequently asked questions here.
What is automatic time tracking?
Automatic time tracking is a feature in Intempus that uses the employee's previous working patterns to suggest a likely time entry.
Will the proposal be registered automatically?
No. The employee reviews the suggestion themselves and chooses whether to accept, adapt or reject it.
How does the feature differ from auto-registration?
Auto-registration is based on fixed working hours and rules. Work Report Prediction takes the employee's previous entries as a starting point and suggests the most likely content for the current working day.
Does the employee retain control over their registration?
Yes. The function comes with a suggestion, but the employee always decides whether it should be accepted, changed or rejected.
What happens if the working day does not follow the normal pattern?
The employee can easily modify or reject the proposal and register the working day correctly.
