All the employee has to do is switch on the GPS on the mobile phone and the phone is tracked live throughout the working day. The data is then stored in the employee's calendar history. This creates the foundation for accurate and valid reports, where it can be documented that the employee was at the location and at what time the report took place.

This is particularly useful when tasks are linked to a certain geographical area and the employee needs to be able to document that they were in the location at the right time.

Intelligent time registration

GPS tracking automatically provides the employee with time tracking suggestions based on the employee's location.

If there is a GPS coordinate on a case, the employee will be offered to check in on this case when the employee is within the GPS zone (case). The employee will be offered to be checked out when the employee leaves the GPS zone (case). When travelling between multiple cases, the start time can be the end time of the previous location, so you can easily collect the travel time between cases.
