Keep track of vehicles with smart GPS tracking
Do you want to make it easy to ensure that your employees' driving is registered correctly? With an integration to Keatech, you can follow the vehicles in your organisation via GPS devices mounted on the vehicles. This way you can ensure that the work reported by employees matches the data from the GPS device.
Stay on top of things about Employee behaviour

See where your employees are located in real time
Linking data from Intempus and data from Keatech GPS devices makes it possible to track and document exactly where your company vehicles are during the working day.
The feature is ideal for companies in the transport and construction industries that typically have a lot of driving during the working day.

Verify your employees' behaviour
Have employees reported correctly?
The data from the GPS devices can be used to verify if the employee's reports are correct. For example, if an employee registers in Intempus that they worked on a project for a customer between 7am and 5pm, but the GPS device shows that the car only arrived at the customer's address at 8.30am, you as an administrator can easily document that the report is incorrect.
Valid documentation to the customer
The data can also serve as documentation for a customer who suspects that the service they paid for did not take place or does not match what they were invoiced for. For example, if an employee has cleared snow at a customer's address between 06:00 and 07:00, but the customer only arrives at the address at 08:00 and new snow has fallen in the meantime, the data from the GPS device on the snow plough will act as documentation that the employee has been at the address and completed the work.
Access to reports
Keatech also has a management module where you can access everything from CO2 reports and insurance reports to live alerts if the car is speeding, based on the data provided by the GPS device.
Easy GPS tracking customised your industry
Do your employees often go out and do projects for customers? Or are they often on the road? Whether you and your employees work in transport, logistics, construction, agriculture or any other industry, GPS tracking can make it easy to verify your employees' whereabouts and provide secure documentation to customers.
