The employee reports the number of hours and the amount of work performed. Based on this, Intempus can calculate the total payment consisting of hourly wage and piecework pay based on the work that has been done. If there are multiple employees, Intempus distributes the money between the employees itself.
Remuneration based on time spent
Before the job is carried out, an agreement is made compromise sum, which is then automatically distributed to the employees. This is done on the basis of the time each of them has spent on the case. This also means that they don't have to report work done because they only have to report the time they actually spent on the task. It also means that you know in advance what a project will cost in total labour costs.
