Easy management of working hours
With the Intempus app, you have an easy-to-use, digital tool for recording hours. Employees simply register their working hours on the app or web, and if they work beyond their normal working hours, they can register it as time off in lieu. Then the hours go into a balance - or a time bank-which can always be accessed by both employee and administrator. Similarly, we can set up a balance for other types of accrued days off, such as holidays and care days.

Intempus also allows you to set up a standard time for each employee, so the system can automatically keep track of whether they have worked more or less on either a daily or weekly basis. In this way, time off in lieu can be automatically earned when the employee works beyond the agreed working hours, and time off in lieu can be deducted for less work.
