If you use time off in lieu, the system can also be set up so that earned and used time off in lieu hours are always registered on the time off in lieu balance. As with the flex balance, the time off in lieu balance can always be accessed so that both employee and administrator know how many time off in lieu hours the employee has.

Intempus automatically keeps track of employee balances. With the balance calculator, you can choose which date you want to see your balance for, regardless of whether the date is in the future or in the past. The system makes it easy for both employee and administrator to maintain a full overview of flex, holidays, maternity leave and all types of absence.
Time off in lieu
If you work beyond your normal working hours, you can register the extra work as time off in lieu, which is automatically added to your time off in lieu balance. If you want to take time off for a few hours at a time, you simply register the absence as time off in lieu, which is then automatically deducted from the time off in lieu balance. This way, both employee and administrator always have the correct overview of the time off in lieu accounts.
Overtime
In Intempus, overtime rules are set up according to your collective labour agreement, so your overtime work is always in order. The system helps calculate various overtime allowances, so everything is ready for payroll after approval.
Holiday days
When you earn holiday days each month, they are automatically created in the system, making it easy for you to keep track of your holiday account. In Saldi, you will always be able to see how many holiday days you have earned, used and are owed. At the same time, you can also see how many holiday days you will earn in the future by using the Saldi calculator.
Illness
Intempus makes absence registration easy and transparent for all employees. It is possible to report both planned absence and unplanned sick days.
Maternity leave
