The financial institution Rønde Sparekasse has been using Intempus since 2017, and according to Helle Gudumlund, Head of Administration at the company, it has provided an overview and collected all the loose ends.

As an administrator, Helle realises that the digital system has saved both time and effort. They can invoice directly to their payroll system, DataLøn, without any problems.

It's not just the registration of overtime and time off in lieu that has been streamlined at the bank. The inbuilt calendar system has brought more structure to everyday work, says Helle.
’’I can see what employees are owed and quickly find the figures in the system, but it's also a tool we use to get more structure in everyday life,’’ says Helle Gudumlund.
Intempus’ digital interface makes it easy for a company with a need that goes beyond normal time tracking. It makes it possible to keep track of invoicing, time management and planning, says Helle.
“In the past, there could be several steps you had to go through before you could find out if the employee had planned time off in lieu, and there was a communication challenge in simple things. Now we have made an agreement that if you want to take time off in advance, you have to enter it in Intempus in advance. Then we have everything in the calendar and I can quickly get an overview of the employees’ time. It eases a communicative workload.’'
At Rønde Sparekasse, administration tasks run more smoothly and they have now also made several adjustments in the app so that overtime is registered within a certain time frame.
’We've made an adjustment so that some times of the day are extra. This means that if we call a meeting, the addition in Intempus makes it easy so that there is no doubt about how it is registered. I have high expectations for this,’ Helle concludes.
