Balance overview for absence for both employees and administrator

Among other things, the integration makes it possible to visualise absence data so that administrators can easily see an overview of, for example, how much absence each employee has had and what the absence distribution looks like on the respective days of the week, i.e. how much sickness, holiday, child's first day of illness etc. make up of the total absence.

What is digital absence tracking?

A digital absence management system makes it easy for employees to report different types of absences such as sickness, holidays, vacation days, leave, etc. Absence reports are sent directly to the administration system, where you as an administrator can easily get an overview and approve reports. In this way, you can also easily see the sickness absence rate for each employee, keep track of holidays and much more.

Can the system handle the new holiday law?

Yes, with Intempus you can automatically handle the new Holiday Act. The new holiday law has very specific requirements for how holiday is calculated and registered. With an accrual of 2.08 days of holiday per month, it can easily become confusing for both employee and administrator to keep track of accrued, used and remaining holiday days. What is digital time tracking?

Digital time tracking is a system for collecting data on employees' working hours. Employees enter their hours or absence on an app, PC or tablet. The reports are then available to the administrator for approval and from there they can be sent to the payroll system.

Does Intempus integrate with e-conomic?

Yes, we have a strong two-way integration that automatically allows data to flow between the two systems. This means that if a new customer is created in e-conomic, the customer is also automatically created in Intempus. Or if reports are approved in Intempus, they can be automatically transferred to the relevant project in e-conomic and are ready for invoicing.

Can you get an integration between your time tracking system and payroll system?

Intempus integrates with payroll systems such as Visma Løn, DataLøn, ProLøn, Danløn, Lessor and Epos. With a payroll integration, you can easily transfer approved hours, holidays, sick hours, mileage, expenses, allowances etc. from Intempus to the payroll system, so payroll runs are quick and accurate.

Can you register driving in Intempus?

Yes, you can easily register your work mileage in our time tracking app. Driving is easily registered by entering the start and end location. From here you can also choose to add a return distance if you need to return the same way.

Driving can also be registered in both private and company cars, and directly on projects. Finally, a note can be added to the mileage report, which SKAT appreciates.

Can a time tracking system handle our collective agreement?

Yes, we can handle that at Intempus. We can set up overtime rules according to one or more collective agreements, so you automatically comply with the collective agreement rules for all types of employees without worry. 

Can you plan working hours and shifts for employees in a time tracking system?

It varies from system to system. In Intempus, administrators can easily plan working hours and holidays for employees.

For planned work or holidays, the activity will be available as a suggestion for a report for the employees in the app. From here, all it takes is a single swipe, and the report is done.

However, employees cannot schedule or swap their shifts themselves.
