For family business CS Accommodation, a time tracking system that could handle their different employee types and workflows was key, as they employ both hourly and salaried employees. The employees at CS Accommodation work under different conditions. Six of them work in the office, while 10 of them are hourly paid and work both onshore, offshore and at different times depending on the assignment.

For office employees, the registration works automatically via auto-registration in Intempus. This means that they only need to register deviations from the norm time set up for them. 

”It was a bit new for us that the office also had to register hours, but once you get started, it makes a lot of sense,” says Line. 

Line joined the company about a year ago and has a central role in the administration. She works with finance, payroll, invoicing and new hires and also helps introduce new employees to Intempus.

”When you have the administrative overview, it's important that the system can handle many different types of payroll and labour types and that it works with the rest of our administration,” she explains.
